The final POM from the 2011-2012 school year was judged by Cole Burston, Staff Photographer - The Daily Gleaner and 2009 Loyalist College grad.

Comments: Crops killed photos and dropped in place or were knocked out of running because of poor crops.

TORONTO, Ont. (16/03/12) - Nur Hamzah, 22, started wearing the niqab shortly after arriving in Canada as an international student. Hamzah says that wearing the headdress is similar to discovering ones self while growing up. She adds that she can express more her Islamic faith by wearing one. Hamzah is a 2nd year international student studying Near and Middle Eastern Civilizations at the University of Toronto. Hamzah is a government scholar of Malaysia, where she originally is from. PETERBOROUGH, Ont. (25/03/2012) – William James Barclay, 66, owns Thea’s Books and Violins on Water Street in Peterborough, Ont. It is also his permanent residence. Barclay takes a minute to indulge in his favourite past time – reading. The chair in which he sits also doubles as his bed. When it is time to retire for the night, Barclay hangs a thicker blanket in his storefront window behind him and rests his feet on the stool in front of him. TORONTO, Ont. (25/02/2012)- Dwight Giraud(left) transforms himself into his drag queen persona, Jada Hudson. Hudson, uses a lot of makeup in order for it to show up while performing. Hudson, carries a big makeup case to all performances as well as a suitcase for all the outfit changes. Dwight Giraud was originally born in Barbados and recently moved to Toronto, Ont. When he first moved, he entered himself in various dance competitions around the city as a man. When Giraud was approached after a performance, and asked if he would ever consider performing in drag, Giraud said he thought to himself " ”Sure! Obviously, if I’m getting paid, to me it’s just like a character on stage.” Giraud has been performing in drag since August 2010 and goes by the stage name "Jada Hudson" when dressed in drag.
