HONG KONG (13/06/2012) — A woman on the brink of tears attends a candlelight vigil to mourn Chinese labor activist Li Wangyang's death in Hong Kong on June 13, 2012. Li imprisoned for two decades died in a hospital on June 6, 2012, one year after being released from jail, and a relative raised doubt on the official explanation that he had hanged himself. Li had advocated for independent labor unions in central China's Hunan province and was caught in the sweeping nationwide crackdown on all forms of dissent after the Tiananmen Square democracy protests were quashed in 1989. VAL-DES-MONTS, Que. (29/08/2012) - Noamie Lemyre, 12, holds up her old gastrostomy feeding tube after replacing it on Aug 29. Lemyre has to change it every six months. Lemyre suffers from Cystic Fibrosis (CF) which is a medical condition that coats her lungs and intestinal tract with mucus. She had her feeding tube put in two and a half years ago which has helped her maintain her weight. Patients with CF do not have a very large appetite. Photo by Sandra Kielback
